What is Customization?
With customization, you can do the following:

  • Choose Your Favorite Style: Select a style that suits your storage habits.
  • Adjust the Size: Customize to fit specific brand bags.
  • Change the Color: Match the inner color of different brand bags.

Note

※ Silk, nylon, and suede materials can only be customized by color at this time.

※ Felt material can be customized by size, color, and style.

※ Zipper colors cannot be customized.

Step-by-Step Customization Process

【STEP1】Add to Cart

On the product page, select "customized" for both color and size, then click "Add to Cart" to add the product to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click "View Cart" to proceed to your shopping cart.

【STEP2】Shopping Cart

If you want to continue shopping, select "Continue Shopping" to return to the product page, or click "Home" to go back to the homepage. Your shopping cart items will be saved.

Once all desired items are in your shopping cart, please review your order. Under "Add a note to your order," specify your preferred design, size, and color.

  • Size: Width 9.1 x Depth 5.5 x Height 2 in
  • Color: No.4
  • Style: Side zip

Click "PayPal" to proceed to the final "Checkout" step.

【STEP3】Checkout

Enter your information, shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. Once you've completed these details, click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

※ Please ensure to verify your email address and phone number.
 You can also enter any coupons on the right side.

【STEP4】Review Your Order

Check your order details, shipping address, payment method, and any other specified items. Please note that your order is not complete on this screen.

After reviewing your order, select the "Proceed to Payment" button. If you need to make changes, select the "Changebutton to return to the previous screen.

 

【STEP5】Order Completion

Once you see the message "Thank you, Jane," your order is complete.

Order Confirmation Email

Within 30 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email.

If you do not receive an email:
  1. Check if your email (Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.) has categorized it as spam. If so, please set up your email to accept messages from the "@shopifyemail.com" domain.
  2. If you registered with a mobile (carrier) email, ensure it is set to receive messages from PCs.
  3. Confirm that your settings allow emails from " store+87559667993@shopifyemail.com" and "shopify.com".

Before contacting us, please ensure you have completed steps 1-3 above.

When logged in, you can also check your order status from the "Account" menu.
