Only the accessories such as bag organizer for branded bags are sold on SHINLAD. Related branded bags are not sold.

Once your order is placed, Shopify will automatically send an email confirming your purchase and notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please check all folders in your mailbox, including your spam or junk folder, as emails may be mistakenly categorized there.
If you are using a mobile or free email service, your spam filter might automatically block or reject emails from Shopify. Shipping Information
- Standard Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Customized Products: For custom-made products, please allow up to 3 business days for shipping.
As our products are shipped via postal services, we are unable to provide a specific delivery date. You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
For international shipments, additional processing time may be required for customs clearance. On average, 91% of our customers receive their packages within 7-14 business days after shipping.

Sometimes tracking number don’t become active until 72 hours after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that we cannot ship out your order within the stated delivery time, we will endeavor to ship it as soon as possible, and if this does not suit, you may request a discount or store credit.
We only accept Paypal for now.
At SHINLAD, our products, including bag organizers, are custom-made to order. As a result, resale of returned items is generally not feasible. However, if there is a quality issue with the product or if it does not meet the specifications of your order, you may return it for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We are committed to resolving any concerns you may have promptly.
