1. Returns
At SHINLAD, our products, including bag organizers, are custom-made to order. As a result, resale of returned items is generally not feasible. However, if there is a quality issue with the product or if it does not meet the specifications of your order, you may return it for a refund.

2. Return Conditions
- Customized Products: Returns are not accepted for customized products. Once a customized order is confirmed, cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.

In-Stock Products: For returns of in-stock products, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 3 days of purchase. If you wish to return an in-stock product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
