By using the SHINLAD website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the legal relationship between you and SHINLAD.

About Our Products

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personal reasons unrelated to product quality. We ask that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of the materials used, there may be minor imperfections, such as seam lines or slight fraying. These are not considered defects. We appreciate your understanding.

If you receive a defective or incomplete product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at shinladorganizer@gmail.com

We will address the issue promptly. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been worn or washed.

Important Note:

Only the accessories such as bag organizer for branded bags are sold on SHINLAD. Related branded bags are not sold.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects. If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

We are unable to respond to inquiries made after more than one week from the delivery date.

**Provision of Services**

SHINLAD offers the sale of high-quality bag organizers and related products. Information regarding the quality, price, and services of our products may be subject to change at any time.

When placing an order, it is important to provide accurate information. SHINLAD reserves the right to refuse any order if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

**Payment**

Payment for products is to be made according to the designated payment methods. Once payment is completed, the process of shipping your order will begin.

**Shipping**

Generally, we ship orders within 1–3 business days after purchase. However, if there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed.

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Customized Items: Shipped within 1–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times typically range from 7 to 14 business days, but may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors. This should be considered as an estimate.

If there is an error in the shipping address provided, or if re-delivery is required, additional shipping fees will apply.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or expired return period, the system may not automatically reship the item. All such orders will be canceled. We reserve the right to refuse further transactions with customers who do not respond to requests for address confirmation or re-shipment.

Shipping is free. Orders containing multiple items will be prepared and shipped together.

For example, if you order item A (in-stock) and item B (customized) together, your order will ship within 1–3 business days. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from store+87559667993@shopifyemail.com** and **shopify.com**

If you order a pre-order item along with other items with different shipping dates, all items will be shipped together with the latter. If you would like the items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Please check our online store for irregular holidays (such as summer vacations, year-end and New Year holidays, or other events).

Returns and exchanges of products are governed by SHINLAD's return policy. Please refer to the website for detailed information.

NO related branded bags are sold. SHINLAD sells ONLY luggage organizers and is NOT associated with luxury designer brands.
